Compensation
  • Competitive earnings: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Client Advocates.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous training to enhance team skills and foster growth.
