The Keyholder serves as a brand ambassador and leadership presence on the sales floor, delivering elevated client experiences while supporting the daily success of the store. Through bespoke service, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to luxury standards, this role plays an integral part in cultivating clientele, driving sales performance, and fostering a welcoming, service-driven environment.
Partnering closely with store leadership, the Keyholder supports operational excellence, team development, and overall store performance while ensuring every client interaction reflects the elegance and values of Ana Luisa.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Support
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive store culture rooted in positivity, teamwork, and excellence
  • Support the coaching and daily development of team members through motivation, product knowledge, and leadership on the sales floor
  • Lead by example in delivering elevated client experiences and upholding luxury service standards
  • Communicate store goals, KPIs, and brand initiatives clearly and effectively
Sales & Client Experience
  • Drive sales performance through personalized styling, authentic relationship building, and client-first service
  • Deliver bespoke service and elevated experiences that cultivate long-term clientele and brand loyalty
  • Support the achievement of store KPIs, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention
  • Assist with in-store events and client experiences that strengthen community engagement and brand affinity
  • Utilize Custom Jewelry and Permanent Jewelry services to create memorable and personalized client moments
Operations & Visual Standards
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, transactions, returns, and inventory management
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with brand expectations
  • Participate in inventory counts, shipment processing, replenishment, and stock organization
  • Uphold operational procedures, compliance standards, and overall store organization with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of retail leadership or keyholder experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and luxury service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Open availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4 hour shifts Mon-Thurs
