Job description

The Fulfillment & Packing Specialist plays an important role in supporting LINKED’s daily operations by accurately packing and preparing small jewelry-related products for shipment. This is not a traditional warehouse environment—our products are small items such as chains, charms, and jewelry kits, and the role focuses heavily on organization, attention to detail, and careful packaging.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with small products, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring orders are packed accurately and efficiently.

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Packing

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders containing small jewelry components with accuracy and care.

  • Ensure all packages meet LINKED’s quality and presentation standards before shipment.

  • Print and apply shipping labels and prepare orders for daily carrier pickups.

  • Ensure orders are packed and shipped within one business day.

Inventory & Organization

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy.

  • Organize and stock small jewelry items such as chains, charms, and jump rings in designated storage areas.

  • Maintain an organized inventory system for efficient order fulfillment.

  • Assist with routine inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Workspace & Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing workspace.

  • Follow company procedures for order processing and inventory management.

  • Help improve organization systems and packing workflows as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in Monthly Inventory as needed (may include weekends)

  • Assist with in-person training sessions for LINKED students when needed on select Saturdays.

  • Support occasional product photoshoots or warehouse-related social media content.

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.

  • Comfortable working with small items and detailed products.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Previous packing, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.

  • Forklift experience is not required.
