The Bench Jeweler at Diamonds Direct is a key craftsman responsible for bringing customer visions to life. Whether it's sizing a ring, setting a diamond, or delivering a custom creation, your expertise and attention to detail are integral to providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Stone Setting:
    • Precisely set stones into various types of jewelry using techniques such as prong, bezel, and pave settings.
  • Stone Replacement:
    • Replace damaged or missing stones with accuracy, ensuring secure and visually appealing results.
  • Sizing:
    • Resize rings and other jewelry pieces to fit customer specifications while maintaining structural integrity.
  • Cleaning and Polishing:
    • Clean and polish jewelry to achieve a high-quality finish and restore the original shine.
  • Custom Work:
    • Design and create custom jewelry pieces based on client specifications, from concept through to final product.
