DSVC Business Solutions, a division of New Village Holdings Corporation, is seeking an individual experienced in ERP Sales to fill our ERP Sales Manager position.
ABOUT NEW VILLAGE HOLDINGS

DSVC Business Solutions is a Microsoft Partner with 20+ years of experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

POSITION SUMMARY
This important role is responsible for developing new clientele as well as maintaining the existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented sales manager possessing the innate ability to drive strategic opportunities from lead generation to deal closing. This role is heavily involved in all aspects of the sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for creating sales and marketing plans for the products and services offered, in order to drive revenue
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Lead generation through effective prospecting, cold calling, internet marketing, networking, proposal writing, and relationship building
  • Establish sustainable new client pipeline, expand revenue opportunities, and play a key role in building and cultivating strategic business relationships
  • The candidate should be able to demonstrate familiarity of the following sales methodologies:
  1. Create initial interest
  2. Identify, define, and document critical business needs
  3. Create a vision of the potential solutions to critical business needs
  4. Effectively justify return on investment
  5. Qualify, control and close opportunities
  6. Prepare sales quotes and sales orders for clients
  • Take ownership of personal technical skills to keep pace with changes within the industry and increase the number of sales opportunities
  • Flexibility to travel as required for prospecting, client meetings, and professional conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or computer science with a minimum of five years related experience
  • Proven track record of new business development within the software consulting services industry particularly selling ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SMB clients
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Highly organized consultative sales professional with a consistent record of establishing strong and trusted business relationships with various industry clients
  • History of implementing and executing an effective business development plan in consultation with senior leadership and other key executive team members
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible sales professional who is calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to effectively close an opportunity
  • Should be well versed with latest IT and software industry trends
  • Well versed in the key functionalities and key selling features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software is an asset
