Bailey's Fine Jewelry is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Watch & Jewelry Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our patrons by performing routine watch services, assisting with jewelry care/cleaning, and ensuring every repair is handled with precision and professionalism.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and loves helping people. Approximately 80% of this role focuses on watch services, with the remaining responsibilities supporting jewelry care and repair operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Watch Services
  • Replace watch batteries on a wide variety of timepieces.
  • Size watch bracelets by adding or removing links.
  • Perform minor watch adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
  • Clean watches before returning them to patrons.
  • Inspect watches upon intake and identify service needs.
  • Package completed work carefully for pickup.
  • Jewelry Services
  • Professionally clean and inspect jewelry.
  • Assist with basic jewelry intake and organization.
  • Prepare jewelry for repair or appraisal.
  • Maintain a clean and organized technician work area.
  • Customer Experience
