Job Highlights
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and patient customer service in person and by phone, including handling special orders and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience 
  • Support store operations by learning and following performance standards, sales goals, merchandising plans, and documentation procedures 
  • Assist in inventory management through product ordering, stock rotation, invoice checks, and maintaining accurate inventory using store systems 
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper product storage conditions across departments, following sanitation schedules and 5S standards

  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity, especially in a retail setting, is preferred 
  • Ideal candidates enjoy varied tasks given the role involves working in different departments and temperatures in the store 
  • Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organizing merchandise is essential 
  • Must have flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Relevant soft skills include basic math skills, following directions, and communication
