Job description

The CBM Role will be fully responsible for an evian volume target and the associated performance for all sales, in all Channels of business in the CBM assigned geographic region. Additionally, this role will own distributor management at the Regional and Profit Center level of Keurig Dr. Pepper organizations as the evian exclusive Direct Store Distributor. CBM will also be responsible for owning and delivering improved performance in assigned retail customers – in conjunction with KDP counterparts and retailer (where possible).CBM will understand distributor business needs and build short and long-term strategies that support those goals while achieving evian DNA sales targets and financial expectations. Execute evian waters plan and build plans at distributor level in coordination with the appropriate evian internal stakeholders and external distributor contacts.  CBM RESPONSIBILITIES:Management responsibility for distributor, national / regional retail accounts in assigned region and delivery of associated evian volume plan.Manage distributor and assigned retailer performance: including A&P, trade spend, promotional execution compliance.Develop relationships with key distributor personnel for retail and immediate consumption channels of business. (RVP, TSL, MDM, NAE, RAE, MDD, DSS etc.)Own timely sharing of volume & share results, cascade call information, promotional activity with assigned distributors.Build and develop relationships within assigned retailer KDP account teams (and retailer where possible)Create, develop distributor and retailer promotional programs / incentives to drive evian volume results. Lead implementation & execution by timely communication with Distributors / Retailers.Help drive positive evian market share in key focus cities (Chicago, Indianapolis & Cincinnati) by maximizing performance in IRI measured retailers  (Kroger banners, Meijer, Jewel, Regionals & 7-11).Provide distributor & retailer feedback internally: Communicate their needs to internal stakeholders.Lead cross functional team communication (Natl acct team, supply chain, category, marketing etc.) related to competitor activity, promotion success, product availability and distribution.Provide category thought leadership and insights from customer to drive both category growth and business performance across evian division.Complete minimum of four distributor market visits / huddle calls per month to review in-store execution, promotional compliance, distributor performance and training. Define what evian trade success looks like in coordination with the Sr. Director    OTHER:Sharing best practice consistently across other evian regions, via townhalls and monthly CBM callParticipate in workgroups to create promotional / incentive programs and support creation of annual Trade Activation Calendar  The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000 USD.
