Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full mobile application lifecycle, from concept and design through development, testing, release and ongoing support
  • Build and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable and testable application architecture
  • Write clean, efficient and reusable code aligned with engineering best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, design and QA to deliver innovative mobile features
  • Integrate, manage and optimize third-party SDKs and libraries
  • Ensure strong code quality through documentation, automation, unit testing and UI testing
  • Use Jetpack Compose testing libraries to build robust test coverage
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
  • Follow mobile security standards, development best practices and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Android development
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose and Clean Architecture
  • Deep experience with MVVM architecture, MVI patterns and dependency injection using Hilt
  • Strong understanding of Android framework components and lifecycle management
  • Solid knowledge of concurrency, threading and memory management
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Android Studio, Gradle and RESTful API integration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins
  • Exposure to iOS development
  • Knowledge of mobile app security best practices and compliance standards
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Android and mobile development trends
