General Machine Operator

Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for a General Machine Operator. We have a need for someone that can train on different manufacturing machines. Presses, thread rolling, CNC Lathes, Drillers, assembly and packing. Requires standing and walking for the entire shift. Pushing or lifting 50 pounds occasionally. Hand feed metal components of various sizes into several different types of machines. Put the finished component into a crate or container.

Job duties and Responsibilities

  • Measuring parts to ensure quality production using a micrometer or caliper
  • Following production processes, blueprints and work instructions
  • Keep work area clean
