Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade system software and related utilities
Support IBM Mainframe environments (z/OS, JES2, TSO/ISPF, SMP/E)
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
Troubleshoot system incidents, failures, and production issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities
Coordinate with infrastructure, application development, security, and operations teams
Maintain automation scripts, batch jobs, and scheduling tools
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and audit standards
Participate in on-call production support as needed
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of Systems Programming experience
Strong experience with:
