Mandatory Skills: BA/TPM

JD:

1. Advanced Artifact Authoring & Strategic Alignment (BA/TPM Skill)
The successful candidate will demonstrate Advanced Artifact Authoring and the ability to drive strategic alignment, moving beyond template completion to truly synthesize and structure project requirements.
Strategic Requirement Synthesis: Drive alignment from the project team and stakeholders through robust Project Charters, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and detailed "As-Is/To-Be" process maps.
Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business language, ensuring alignment across all organizational levels.
Gap Analysis: Proactively identify and document gaps between current capabilities ("As-Is") and desired future state ("To-Be"), proposing feasible solutions.

Candidates must exhibit strong ownership and discipline in managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring predictability and control.
RAID Management: Maintain strong discipline in RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), proactively identifying potential blockers and developing mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
TPM Skills: Proven ability to manage technical implementation teams, understand system architecture fundamentals, and drive decisions on technical trade-offs.
BA Skills: Expert proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (e.g., use cases, user stories, BRDs).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or business analysis within a technical environment.
