About the Job:

The Property Tax Analyst supports and collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams: Shared Services (Tax Compliance, AP, AR, Lease and Project Costing), Corporate Tax, Brand Legal, Development, Payroll Tax, Brand Reporting and Finance. As a Property Tax Analyst, you will also coordinate with third party co-sourcing vendors, state and local taxing districts, and business licensing offices. Providing outstanding customer service, interacting directly with all levels within the organization and suppliers and service providers. 

This role is fully remote but will need to be located in the Greater Louisville area.

Salary Range:  

$60,200-$62,000 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated diligence and ability to meet deadlines managing or escalating conflicting priorities while experiencing possible frequent interruptions in extremely fast paced and high-volume environments.
  • Initiative-taking with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive change. 
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/business/finance
  • Strong systems and software aptitude (JD Edwards, Reports Now, and Oracle helpful).
  • Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
