  • We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to building scalable JavaScript applications using React and Nodejs They will work on both frontend and backend development collaborating with a mediumsized development team to deliver highquality productionready softwareKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable JavaScript applications using React and TypeScript
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Nodejs
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend applications
  • Optimize backend performance and scalability for hightraffic applications
  • Write clean maintainable code and ensure highquality standards through automated testing unit integration visual and performance testing
  • Build and ship React applications to production using CICD pipelines eg GitHub Actions
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features while adhering to best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of React and its core principles
  • Experience with backend development using Nodejs including building APIs
  • Experience with common JavaScript development tools eg Babel Webpack NPM Yarn
  • Experience writing automated tests and ensuring application reliability
  • Familiarity with CICD pipelines for deploying React and Nodejs applications
  • Experience with monorepos and monorepo tooling eg nx lerna Turborepo changesets is a plus
  • Opensource contributions or experience creating reusable libraries is a plus
