Job description

STAR 2263 Web Developer Position Requires ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph No Level Required WMA The maximum number of FTEs is three (3). Actual FTE bid, labor category, and skill level is at the discretion of the Contractor. INTRODUCTION: The Sponsor maintains a customized application which provides ingest, workflow, and research capabilities for analysts to review, disposition, build profiles in order to either update or nominate candidates to Sponsor's partnering systems.

The Sponsor is responsible for building specific aspects of the system and the integration and implementation into production. WORK REQUIREMENTS: Contractor Support: HRR; No The Contractor Team shall develop and maintain a modern micro-service oriented, high profile, mission-enabling application. The Contractor Team shall join the existing development team and provide full-stack application development support for a newly developed Sponsor system to be deployed into production.

The Contractor Team shall ensure that all development activities comply with the Sponsor's security and architectural policies and regulations. The Contractor Team shall be required to communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams. The Contractor Team shall be required to work with the Sponsor staff and contractor analyst personnel, to include external stakeholders, when applicable.

The Contractor Team shall develop the Sponsor's application, via JavaScript, node.js-based CSS Styles user interfaces. The Contractor Team shall employ the ReactJS framework including Kendo and MaterialUI for presentation and Redux/Saga for data manipulation against the Sponsor's Postgres database. The Contractor Team shall develop, operate, and maintain data processing applications, to include but not limited to, applications data feeds, ETL (extract/transform/load) workflows, entity extraction, and user-facing web applications.

The Contractor Team shall adhere to core hours between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, subject to concurrence by the Sponsor. 1. Demonstrated experience with modern, modular, event-driven micro-services architectures.

2. Demonstrated experience developing applications in an Amazon AWS infrastructure environment (EC2, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, NLB). 3.

Demonstrated experience developing web applications using ReactJS, including Kendo and MaterialUI for front-end UI/UX and Redux and Saga for data interactions. 4. Demonstrated experience with web UI frameworks, such as Kendo UI toolkit.

5. Demonstrated experience with CSS. 6.

Demonstrated experience with Version control systems such as Git. 7. Demonstrated experience with Continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.

8. Demonstrated experience with Agile Rapid Application Development methodology. 9.

Demonstrated experience with working in a very fast-paced, technically challenging area; ability to anticipate and manage changes or problems; assess impacts and recommend sound solutions. 10. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining software including web services, web-based user interfaces, and data processing type services such as ETL workflows/scripts.

11. Demonstrated experience with REST services. 1.

Demonstrated experience with Go HTML Templates. 2. Demonstrated experience with AlpineJS/htmx JavaScript libraries.

3. Demonstrated experience with graphs and graph data modeling.
