Job description

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years experienced SFCC resource with good eCommerce & Retail knowledge
• Desirable to have at least 5 years hands on experience in SFCC.
• Should have hands on experience working on SiteGenesis and/or SFRA based storefront.
• Deep knowledge on Demandware or equivalent Javascript based scripting languages.
• Thorough knowledge on Retail domain and various downstream and upstream systems catered.
• Hands on experience on third party integrations from SFCC
• Should have deep knowledge on working with multi location / region based architectural models
• Recommended to have knowledge working in cartridge based or otherwise integrations with package components like external Search, Ampliance (CMS), Payment Gateways, Loyalty platforms etc.
• Good knowledge on headless implementation concepts in SFCC by exposing API’s making use of OCAPI and SCAPI.
• Should have a basic knowledge on etiquettes and processes to be followed from an L3 support level standpoint
• Knowledge on observability tools like Datadog or NewRelic will have added advantage
• Good knowledge on API concepts, technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, YAML, GraphQL, Swagger
• Hands on working experience in managing and supporting peak sales cycles including good understanding of pre-requisites and actions required for sizing, scaling and performance tuning enterprise SFCC application as part of holiday readiness.
• Test Driven Development experience with hands on experience using mocking frameworks
• Experience with Data modelling
• Good knowledge on agile methodology and scrum ceremonies
• Concepts on branching/merge strategies, code repo frameworks like Git/Bitbucket, code reviews etc
• Hands on experience in integrations with code quality tools.
• Should be flexible to work with overlap with some part of offshore (IST) hours to hand off / transition work for the day to the offshore counterpart for L3.
