Job description

Description:

At Residex, we believe intelligent care isn’t just a promise—it’s our platform. Our AI-driven SaaS solutions are redefining assisted living, empowering caregivers, clinicians, and families to deliver higher quality, more personalized care through real-time insights, proactive alerts, and seamless data orchestration. We’re not just building software—we’re shaping the future of care for aging populations, with humanity and precision at the core.

About Residex

Residex.ai is a mid-market SaaS company delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to the assisted living and senior care industry. Our platform uses intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and integrated workflows to help caregivers and administrators improve outcomes while reducing operational complexity. We are backed by leading investors and serve hundreds of facilities across North America with a rapidly expanding footprint.

Role Overview

We are looking for a HubSpot Solutions Developer who is equally strong as a technical developer and a platform contributor. This role begins as a project-based engagement centered on a high-priority custom build in HubSpot, with the opportunity to transition into a part-time ongoing role for the right candidate. The ongoing role is intentionally broad - one day may be training a new team member in HubSpot, the next may be architecting an integration to an external platform. The right person is comfortable in both scenarios and takes pride in delivering quality work across the full spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

Inaugural Project - HubSpot Subscriptions Object:

  • Architect and build a custom Subscriptions object in HubSpot that becomes our single source of truth for customer licensing, pricing, contract dates, and ARR.
  • Pull and transform data from deal line items and existing subscription records into structured, custom Subscription records viewable directly from all objects in HubSpot.
  • The data model must support visibility at both the community (child company) level - showing what each individual location is licensed for and what they are paying - and roll that data up cleanly to the parent company record for a complete aggregated view.
  • Handle the full subscription lifecycle: flat renewals, upgrades, expansions, mid-term changes, downgrades, terminations, and archival access.
  • Build reporting dashboards covering ARR, churn, NRR, expansion/contraction, licensed capacity, product mix, and expiring contracts.
  • Manage and maintain our NetSuite integration, ensuring subscription and line-item data maps correctly to the right company records on an ongoing basis.

Ongoing Role:

  • Assist the Revenue Operations Manager with HubSpot tasks across all Hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations.
  • Support ranges from complex work like building integrations, workflow architecture, and custom object development, to everyday tasks like creating reports, maintaining data quality, and answering HubSpot questions from internal teams.
  • Help onboard and train new team members on HubSpot and our connected tech stack.
  • Architect and maintain integrations between HubSpot and our broader tech stack: NetSuite, Monday.com, and Residex.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.
  • Proactively surface recommendations as our platform and business needs evolve.
Requirements:

HubSpot Expertise & Developer Skills

  • 3+ years working with HubSpot in a developer or technical capacity, with hands-on experience across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
  • 3+ years building custom objects, complex associations, workflow automation, and integrations in HubSpot.
  • 3+ years building CRM integrations using REST APIs and web hooks, with the ability to evaluate and select the right architectural approach.
  • 3+ years writing code (JavaScript, Python, or similar) for integration and automation work.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools or middleware (e.g. Make, Zapier, Workato).
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical decisions into plain language for business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve; equally at ease working independently on a complex build or jumping in to support day-to-day platform needs.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architect, CRM Implementation, or Hub-specific)
  • Familiarity with DealHub and subscription data models.
  • NetSuite or ERP integration experience.
  • Prior experience in senior living or healthcare technology.
