Job Description

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of full-stack software development experience with core competencies in various technologies including Java, Unix, JavaScript, Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, Big Data, APIs, LOG4J

1-2 years' experience designing and implementing Splunk-based best practice solutions

Basic understanding of Splunk including indexers, forwarders, search heads, configuration files, apps, searches, data models, dashboards, visualizations alerts and user roles

Ability to develop Splunk dashboards and visualizations using queries and simple XML

Ability to work in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team environment

Ability to execute under tight deadlines and competing priorities

Collaborative work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented culture

Passionate about creating great technology products and keeping abreast of industry trends

Desired Qualifications

Hands-on experience implementing web applications and API services using REST

Experience in profiling and analyzing application performance

Education

MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
