Java Backend Developer 
Location: Onsite 3 days a week in Malvern PA
Duration: Long term 
Rate: DOE
 
 
Skills tested: Java, Springboot, AWS 
 
Must have 8+ years of experience - heavy backend
Required skillset
  • Minimum of 7+ years of development experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Java, SpringBoot and Python
  • Experience in AWS Cloud Engineering with services such as Lambda, ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Event Bridge, Kafka etc.
  • Experience with Cucumber for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Mockito for unit testing.
  • Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Aurora and DynamoDB.
  • Skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines with tools like Bamboo, GitHub, and Docker.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API Gateway for building scalable applications.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, CloudWatch, Honeycomb.
