Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot & Oracle Apps Technical Lead (HCM) to lead development and support activities across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based microservices, cloud platforms, and Oracle Applications with a focus on HCM modules.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead development and support of applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure, including AKS and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide technical leadership for Oracle Applications Technical (HCM), including integrations, customizations, and support.
  • Develop and optimize database logic using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Support application deployments and troubleshooting in Apache, Unix, and Linux environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor team members and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth production support and incident resolution.
