We have an exciting opportunity for experienced software sales executives to join our dynamic and growing sales team!
 
We are actively interviewing candidates for our Account Executive role covering the Northeast region. This role will sell into our Northeast Region which includes Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Azul offers lucrative, uncapped commission potential!  Our top sales professionals are making $1M in the past several years.
 
 
 
This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role.
What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)
  • Cultivate relationships and engage with new and existing clients to sell our Enterprise Products:  Azul Platform Core and Azul Platform Prime
  • Prospect and work closely with Lead Development Reps to foster new opportunities
  • Build a 3X quota pipeline
  • Consistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Win competitive deals working closely with our local Sales Engineer
What You'll Bring (aka Experience, Skills Education)
  • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of proven experience selling Enterprise Applications or DevOps in the Northeast region of the US
  • Experience selling both entry level deals ($50K) and 7 figure deals
  • Consistently overachieving, top of your class, and proven historical income
  • Experience with Opensource and the Java community a plus
  • Experience with middleware, big data (Cassandra, Hadoop) and search (SOLR, Elastic) a plus
