Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge and experience developing Java-based software capabilities
  • Inquisitive nature, responsiveness, and excellent testing skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Experience integrating advanced AI agents, specifically Claude Code or Google's Antigravity / Gemini agentic workflows, into daily software engineering routines
  • Experience using autonomous agents for multi-file feature implementations, complex codebase refactoring, and automated unit/integration test generation
  • Ability to guide AI agents through complex, multi-repository architectures and audit agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural alignment
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance; not required on day one
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern Java frameworks and libraries, or 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field in one qualification pathway
  • Experience designing enterprise APIs
  • Experience with RESTful web services
  • Experience with microservices architecture
