Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join their innovative team. The role involves designing and implementing scalable Java-based solutions, providing technical leadership, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture and design of complex Java-based applications and systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and tools to meet project objectives.
• Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful software solutions.
