Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Java Security Architect to join our team in either Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions in Java applications, with a strong focus on protecting sensitive data and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design security architectures for Java applications.

- Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities and attacks.

- Conduct security assessments and risk analysis for Java-based systems.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.

- Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technology advancements.

- Provide guidance and best practices for secure coding in Java.

- Develop security policies and procedures specific to Java development.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java application development.

- At least 3 years of experience in security architecture or security engineering.

- Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and secure coding standards.

Preferred Skills:
