The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between software development and systems operations, ensuring that our critical infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and efficient. The SRE will apply a software engineering approach to operational challenges, focusing on automation, observability, and the reduction of operational toil. #LI-PB2 Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * At least 1o years of experience as an SRE * Programming Proficiency: Strong professional experience in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java). * Systems Administration: Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix internals, including networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and security hardening. * DevOps Tooling: Practical experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions). * Must possess a TS/SCI clearance and appropriate polygraph MDOPS Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Master's degree in CS, CE, mathematics, physics or related field * Experience developing applications to support quantitative analysis * Experience integrating complex and/or experimental algorithms into established applications * Working knowledge of applied cryptography * Docker and Java experience * HPC software development experience * Experience integrating AI agents into development workflows * Exposure to QPU and GPU HPC architectures Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
