What you'll do:
  • Architectural Transformation: Lead the technical "forking" and integration of the Essentials CI/CD tool into the CRT stack to enable our AgentOps vision.
  • Backend & API Development: Design and implement robust REST and GraphQL API layers using Java (Spring Boot) and Python to expose core functionality to the broader Agentia™ platform.
  • UI Modernization: Drive the transition of legacy components to a modern Angular 19+ modular architecture, ensuring consistency with the unified Copado Design System.
  • AI Innovation: Integrate Copado's AI platform and agents into core workflows to create autonomous "agentic" user journeys and measurable productivity gains.
  • Cloud Orchestration: Develop and optimize scalable backend workflows using AWS Step Functions and manage containerized microservices with Kubernetes.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance system scalability by adopting lazy loading, caching, and efficient data binding to reduce page load times and API latency.
  • Observability: Implement robust logging, error tracking, and performance metrics to ensure platform resilience and faster resolution of incidents.

What you'll bring:
