Role :Technology Lead - Java/J2EEย 

Work Location :Erlanger, KY

Duration : Full Time

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.ย 

Preferred

At least 3 years of experience in design, coding/maintaining Java/J2EE based web applications

Expertise in designing ,developing or maintaining web based enterprise applications using J2EE technologies and frameworks like JDBC, Servlets2.3/2.4, Struts, JSPs1.2/2.0, EJB 2.0, MDB, JNDI, JMS1.1, Java Beans, Log4J, XML, HTML and UML

Experience in building web applications using Spring Framework features like MVC (Model View Controller), IOC (Inversion Of Control), DAO (Data Access Object

Experience in configuring, tuning IBM Web Sphere 6.x/5.x, BEA Web Logic 8.1/9.

Good Knowledge of using IDE Tools like Eclipse, Rational Application Developer(RAD)

At least 1 project as an application support engineer

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills, commitment to co-operative teamwork

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
