They will Lead full-lifecycle support of the U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) C4ISR SharePoint Online environment and custom application portfolio, spanning Tier 1/2 user support, Tier 3 sustainment, and Tier 4 new development. Requirements Key Responsibilities * Provide Tier 1/2 user and content support for the web environment * Deliver Tier 3 sustainment for custom applications (e.g., Command Task Tracker/Power Apps, Equipment Readiness Dashboard/Power BI, Nintex workflows, Java/Oracle CPA, ColdFusion/Oracle ITS, .NET/SQL JECD and IRRIS), and diagnose/ deploy code fixes * Manage Tier 4 new development prioritized backlog * Ensure Section 508 compliance, deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports, and deliver source code/technical data packages; enforce work authorization/tracking controls * Deliver all custom source code and technical data under the Source Code & Technical Data Delivery Package Work Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois Required Qualifications, Certifications & Experience * 5+ years of SharePoint Online / web application development and sustainment experience * DCWF Work Role 212 - Software Developer, Intermediate proficiency.
