About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter
  • Participating in software development of new products across all phases of the design lifecycle from concept development to lab integration and evaluation concepts
  • Opportunities that range from embedded control systems to operator interfaces, and to mobile device applications
  • Working cohesively on a multi-functional team with exciting technologies and products

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/CIS/MIS or related field
  • C/C , C#, Python, and/or Java programming
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week over the course of a summer on a combination 5/8, 4/10 schedule, with every other Friday off!
  • This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$26 - $31 per hour.
