Overview: Looking for a Sr. Test Lead at onsite US to handle Insurance project who should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended hours. Core Java Developer with JMeter experience, Selenium would be added advantage but core Java & JMeter is must.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge in Insurance Domain with P&C Background
  • Should have strong experience in Functional, Web services & Automation testing using tools like Selenium, Client ALM, JMeter, SOAP UI Pro etc.
  • Should have good knowledge of Java and SQL
  • Should be able to create test plans, execute manual testcases and should be able to automate the manual testcases
  • Should be able to independently work on the assigned manual and automation testing task
  • Experience in Software Testing Life cycle across different phases including Agile & Scaled Agile Framework
  • Should have good technical, analytical skills and is highly motivated for innovations and out of box solution for projects.

  • Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on Agile projects
  • Should be a good team player and should be able to work directly with clients supporting offshore teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills
