Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Canfield, OH. If you have a passion for precision machining and are skilled in CNC programming, we want to hear from you! Our facility utilizes top-of-the-line equipment from brands like Haas and SMART (Fanuc controls), and we pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC and horizontal) and/or lathes (2 axis) to produce high-quality parts.
  • Program CNC machines using G-Code and conversational programming to meet specific project requirements.
  • Perform manual machining tasks using vertical/horizontal mills and lathes as needed.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy in machining.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC programming and G-Code.
  • Proficient in operating CNC equipment - mills or lathes, or both!
  • Solid manual machining skills, including experience with vertical mills and horizontal machining centers.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Technical training or certification is a plus.
