Must have Scrum Team manager experience but also hands on.

10+ years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies

Struts, Spring, Spring MVC, Web Services (Both SOAP and REST)

Experience with rule management 

Maven 

Basic UI skills

Must have excellent communication skills
