Hiring: AJO Business Consultant – Remote

Position: AJO Business Consultant
Employment Type: W2
Location: 100% Remote – USA
Work Authorization: USC & GC Only

Core Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable AJO solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Journeys, Campaigns, Offers, Decisioning, and Message Orchestration.
  • Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schemas, datasets, profiles, and identity concepts.
  • Develop customer journey use cases across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and data teams to define functional requirements.
  • Create solution designs, process flows, functional specifications, and implementation documentation.
  • Support integration of AJO with AEP and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot journey execution, audience qualification, segmentation, and campaign issues.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Provide guidance on AJO best practices, personalization, segmentation, and customer experience optimization.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience with Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, Segmentation, and CDP concepts.
  • Experience with Journey orchestration, audience targeting, personalization, and campaign management.
  • Understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, events, and data ingestion.
  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in enterprise Adobe implementations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
