We are currently seeking an Electrical Support Specialist for our client in the Electrical and Electronic Products and Services domain. Location: Remote

Salary: $95,000-$105,000/Annually

Role: Electrical Support Specialist

Primary Skills: Engineering

Role Description: The Electrical Support Specialist must have 5+ years of experience. We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist II to deliver high-level system support and technical troubleshooting for our advanced electrical products.

In this role, you’ll conduct system analysis, support field investigations, and provide expert guidance to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring operational continuity across industries that rely on the Company’s power solutions.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 5+ years of experience providing technical and/or field support for complex products and systems—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3+ years of installation, maintenance and commissioning experience with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Systems) Systems is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of product design, remote monitoring, and system integration.

- Advanced expertise in field acceptance testing, data analysis, test reports, and troubleshooting tools.

- Familiarity with relevant standards such as UL, NEC, and IEC.

Note: This is a remote role, but it does require travel to Pittsburgh, PA once or twice a month. So ideally, you must be someone based in a nearby state, preferably from the East Coast for easier commute and flexibility.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
