Job Description
The Senior Java Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications that support critical business operations. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, including contributing to architectural decisions, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance standards
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across systems
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
  • Mentor and guide developers, fostering strong development practices and team growth
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies


Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack Java development, including enterprise-level applications
  • Strong experience with the Spring framework and modern Java technologies
  • Proficiency in RESTful web services and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Solid understanding of JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, and XML
  • Familiarity with caching mechanisms, service discovery, and CI/CD tools
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience contributing to system architecture and technical design strategy
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams
