Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development team- Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot- Drive end-to-end technical delivery- Implement RESTful APIs and integrations- Optimize microservices for performance and scalability- Ensure compliance with banking security standards- Troubleshoot production issues and RCA- Mentor junior engineers
Required Skills: Core Java, Java 8/11/17+- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud- Microservices architecture- Kafka / RabbitMQ- REST APIs, Postman, Swagger- Hibernate/JPA- Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL- Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
