Java Lead Architect - React Front End (Ad-Tech Domain)
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale React.js applications for digital marketing and advertising platforms supporting high-volume customer engagement.
  • Design and implement ad-tech integrations including Google Ads, campaign management platforms, audience targeting, ad serving, tracking, and analytics solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership for Java-based backend systems and React frontend applications within a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Develop scalable solutions for real-time campaign delivery, ad personalization, customer acquisition, and marketing performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business and customer engagement goals.
  • Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, compliance, and reliability expected in regulated financial domains.
  • Architect and integrate REST APIs, third-party marketing platforms, customer data platforms (CDP), and analytics tools.
  • Lead modernization initiatives involving microservices, cloud-native architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.
