Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, version control systems (Git), and project management platforms, along with certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer, is highly valuable. What are Java Managers?

Java Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing teams that develop, maintain, or support software applications using the Java programming language. They combine technical expertise with leadership skills to manage Java development projects, coordinate team activities, ensure code quality, and meet project deadlines. How does a Java Manager typically balance technical leadership with team management responsibilities?
