Job description

Job Summary:
NLB Services is a company seeking a DevOps Engineer with an expert understanding of coding languages and technical stacks. The role involves collaborating with product owners, leading development efforts, and continuously adapting to emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Works with a cross-functional team, uses agile practices, writes, and delivers/maintains code and tools.
• Actively participates in discussions with stakeholders from Product and Teams.
• Identifies and fixes problems in code and/or delegates to more junior staff.
• Reviews the coding work of more junior team members.
• Provides deep technical expertise in key functional areas.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of IT/Digital software development experience in Java/UI/UNIX background
• 1-2+ years of experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes, Rancher etc.
• 1-2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like GITLAB,GITHUB, Jenkins, Circle CI/Ansible & Harness
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies like GCP
• 1+ years of experience with Cassandra/Vault DB
• 2+ years of experience in groovy/python/shell
• Experience with agile development required
Preferred:
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experienced
• Release/deployment automation/staging process knowledge
