Job description

Job Title: Java AngularJS Software Engineer III

Responsibilities
  • Support a U.S. Government Civilian contract by developing and maintaining software solutions with expertise in AngularJS, Java, EJB, STRUTS Framework, and WebLogic.
  • Ensure equipment and software compatibility, analyze operational requirements, and support design reviews.
  • Engineer systems by conducting prototypes, proofs of concept, and full system implementations.
  • Evaluate, assess, document, and test data security and continuity of operations for systems and programs.
  • Serve as a solutions provider to senior management and professional staff concerning technological development and advancement.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience with user story development or analysis in an agile development environment.
  • At least nine years of experience with task-specified programming languages (e.g., Java, Angular, Spring Boot).
  • At least seven years coding experience with SQL or database stored procedures.
  • At least six years of experience in the design and development of applications.
  • At least six years of experience in data warehousing, distributed processing, database design, software integration, and security techniques.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java, AngularJS, and Spring Boot.
  • Advanced SQL and stored procedure development skills.
  • Experience with multi-tiered, client/server, and distributed processing architectures.
  • Knowledge of data security techniques, continuity of operations testing, and current network architectures.
  • Experience developing systems architectures and leading software engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in conducting design reviews, prototyping, and presenting technical briefings.
