Project Scope
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Full stack developer with strong experience in React, Java, spring spring boot, microservices
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and development of modern full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot), React
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
Make key decisions on technology stack, microservices architecture, and integration strategy.
Project Modernization Responsibilities
Analyze legacy systems (e.g., monoliths) to identify modernization opportunities.
Drive the re-architecture of legacy components into scalable, cloud-native microservices.
Team Collaboration & Mentoring
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Conduct code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and pair programming sessions.
Required/must have Qualifications:
Strong programming skills in Java
