Job description

We are seeking a strong Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Agentic AI or Generative AI. The candidate should have excellent software-engineering fundamentals and experience with HCM, HR, or payroll applications. The product is hosted on AWS, while the AI framework and LLM platform remain open.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Design microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Develop Agentic AI capabilities for enterprise HCM workflows.
  • Integrate LLMs with applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge sources.
  • Implement RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, security controls, and monitoring.
  • Deploy and support secure, scalable applications on AWS.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, AI, and HCM teams.
  • Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Required Skills

  • Strong Java, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
  • Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or Generative AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and agent orchestration.
