Location: Des Moines, IA Salary: TBD Description:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven technical leadership experience with expertise in solution and architectural design, including security frameworks, authentication, and authorization protocols.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem, including RESTful web services and JPA implementations.
  • Extensive experience in integration technologies, message queues, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in software development using Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Experience working with Java 8 or later versions and open-source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JUnit.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, application architecture, test-driven development (TDD), and the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing, build automation, and continuous integration practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading development initiatives involving CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
