Title: Java Engineer 

Location: Pittsburg, PA OR NYC, NY

Duration: Fulltime.

Job Summary: 

Looking for a skilled Java developer with strong experience in Spring, databases, and frontend technologies to build and integrate applications using REST APIs. The role involves scripting, CI/CD automation, and working within Unix/Linux environments with modern DevOps tools.

Job Discription:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, databases (SQL, Snowflake, Oracle), and frontend development
  • Strong experience in Java and integrating tools using REST APIs
  • Ability to build scripts and utilities using Java or Python
  • Hands-on expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Unix/Linux system administration and configuration
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
  • Understanding of scripting languages (Shell; Python is a plus)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364
