Role 1: Java Back-end Developer Role 2: Fullstack Developer with Strong React

Chicago, IL (Needed only Locals)

Mandatory Skills: Java 21+ Microservices + Spring + Spring Boot + AWS/Azure + Kafka + React (Very Strong)

Major Duties

  • Liaise with fellow developers
  • Designing and implementing microservices which use the spring boot framework.
  • Working in compliance with the full Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Connecting microservices to interact with databases.
  • Understanding of how streaming technologies work such as Kafka.
  • Build Azure/AWS pipelines
  • Identifying and finding solutions to bugs.
  • Ensure you've written adequate test cases to verify design requirements are being met.
  • Create well written documentation for the individual microservices.

Knowledge/Skills

  • JAVA SDK8 or newer
  • Microservices based on Springboot
  • Development experience with React
  • Azure or AWS Services their integration & Development
  • Oracle or similar Database
  • Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of full software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
