The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and execute complex and multi-solution automation tests, define and implement test automation architecture and frameworks, ensure scalability of automation and Continuous Integration across solutions, Document test execution issues and deliverables, Troubleshoot complex testing scenarios and domain issues, Drive analysis and piloting of best-in-class automation testing tools and propose commission and use to relevant stakeholders, Mentor and train new associates on automation architecture and framework, Write complex scripts in one or more programming languages, Interpret functional enhancements and design validation criteria, Execute manual, exploratory and automated tests and document test findings, create, edit, and peer review 508 Test Cases and use Assistive Technologies, such as screen reader software (NVDA, JAWS), and Accessibility test tools (examples: Zoomtext, AXE, Dragon). Execute 508 testing on software and documents, based upon current accessibility guidelines (examples: Section 508 and/or W3C WCAG 2.0,2.1), create project resource estimates and define metrics to track completion phase, defect reports, defect prevention, and test coverage, work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand product specifics and create corresponding test strategies, evaluate existing test scenarios and test plans and update as necessary, take initiative to advance the quality, performance, or scalability of our applications, by influencing the architecture or design, lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with team and development community.
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
    • At least 2 years of Software testing and/or software quality assurance work experience
  • Experience in Automation testing - Selenium, Java, Eggplant and Manual testing. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year experience in agile/scrum environment.
  • Certification on accessibility auditing will be an added advantage (Trusted Tester)
