Location: Chicago, IL – Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Type: W2 Only

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience, good knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices, and experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
  • Work with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  • Integrate applications with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
