Job Description:
  • Production Support Primarily for BillingCenter and secondary on CC. Triaging tickets, working with business closely, fixing defects.
  • Architect, lead, design and develop integrations on Guidewire ClaimCenter project that may include the following activities:
  • Facilitate requirements, analysis and design discussions surrounding assigned integration tracks with other team members and subject matter experts
  • Analyze and estimate integration design and development effort
  • Design and document integrations and integration components
  • Lead, manage and assign tasks for team members as needed tfulfill integration track responsibilities
  • Develop and unit test integration components
  • Leverage established frameworks and best-practices, while continuing tpromote continuous improvement and alternatives where appropriate
  • Developers in this role will work closely with the business users tconfigure functionality in ClaimCenter system tmeet the needs of the Claims Division. This will include designing, developing, and testing changes tUI, business rules and security profiles within the Guidewire Studio. The developers will alswork tdevelop and connect the needed integrations tnon-ClaimCenter systems and databases.
