Job Description:
  • The Java Developer will work as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced enterprise environment.
  • The individual will need to be able to multi-task, build frameworks and fix bugs/issues at hand, and have excellent written and oral skills.
  • Core Java application development experience on the enterprise level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
  • Participate with cross functional teams and within an Agile environment.
  • A strong understanding of both Design Patterns and Object Oriented Concepts.
  • Years of core Java application development within web frameworks such as: Spring, Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTM, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, XML, Angular JS, Hibernate, etc.
  • Have a working knowledge of continuous integration technologies such as but not limited to SVN/GIT, ANT, Maven, Weblogic, JIRA Maven, and Jenkins.
  • A thorough knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
  • Previous experience within the banking industry is a plus.
