Job description

Wisemen is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented mid-level Full Stack Java Developer to begin an exciting and challenging career with our large Enterprise Application Support Program on one of our project delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Microservice Architecture JEE software applications.
  • Full-stack development, building highly scalable web and batch applications.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Develop Front-end applications using the React JavaScript framework, HTML, XML & CSS, etc.
  • Develop Back-end applications using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Core Java, JDBC, SQL, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
  • Use modern software engineering tools, including Eclipse, Rational Application Developer (RAD), and Atlassian Suite, for software design, development, and testing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant discipline with (4 years of equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years' experience with:
    • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java for the backend and JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS for the frontend.
    • Implement server-side logic and database integration, and ensure seamless data flow between the backend and frontend.
    • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
    • Research, develop, and deliver technical documentation of the design and programming work performed in support of Finesse customization and deployment.
    • Implement client-side validation, event handling, and dynamic content update functionalities.
    • Write and execute tests to validate Finesse version upgrades and ensure that custom code developed performs as intended with the latest Finesse version.
    • Experience with developing 508 Compliant Java and JavaScript code modules in support of Finesse customization and deployments.
    • Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
    • Support after-hours and weekend Finesse release deployments as needed.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen OR Permanent Resident Alien (Green card holder and NOT H1 Visa holder).
  • Ability to pass an MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Security Clearance from the Federal Agency.
  • Active MBI Clearance from IRS is highly desirable.
